We develop Lithium Iron Phosphate and Lithium Polymer batteries for electric buses, with direct assembly on the vehicle for total integration with the current design. Thanks to the CANbus communication integrate in our BMS, our batteries ensure a complete interface with the instrumentation on board and a recharge that can be configured according to different management modes.
The battery model is selected depending on the type of vehicle and the torque/power required to drive the drivetrain.
We realized both high and low voltage solutions. Low voltage at 80Volt with overall energy of 35-50 KWh and high voltage 350Volt with overall energy of 70-140KWh.
The advantages of the 350V solution compare to the 80V solution is the overall efficiency of the system, being able to count on lower currents for the same power output, and in the efficiency and size of the significantly more compact electric motor.
