Battery Management System
The BMS Pegasus was developed on the basis of the experiences gained with 600Volt traction batteries in the capacity range 60 – 1000AH. The project was conceived in 2016, but development began in 2018 in order to collect the experiences and needs of traction for high voltage projects.

The engineering of our pegasus BMS board allows the control and management of 16 cells per board and of batteries with capacities between 20 and 2400 AH. The architecture is scalable up to 800V DC.
CHARGING AND BALANCING
The high-power hybrid balance control allows for ultra-fast charging
The integrated data logger inside the BMS allows you to download the work cycle data every day being able to obtain a history of battery use.
Errors, events and reload cycles are monitored
STATE OF CHARGE
The use of the BMS allows to know with extreme precision the state of charge of the battery. Combined with a LED display, all the data relating to the battery use will be indicated.
STATE OF HEALTH
The pegasus BMS allows you to monitor and manage the health of the battery when the latter, after years of use, will no longer be at 100% of its initial capacity.
Our BMS has obtained the RINA approval in accordance with the “Regulations for the approval of material manufacturers”
