These machines must handle long, repetitive work cycles, with frequent stops and restarts, high energy demands on the vacuum systems, and the need to operate quietly even at night.
The battery is therefore a key component in ensuring the autonomy, reliability, and productivity of the entire machine.

To date, we offer both 48-volt solutions, with a total energy capacity ranging from 35 to 50 kWh, and high-voltage 96-volt solutions, with a total energy capacity ranging from 70 to 210 kWh. The advantages of the 96-volt solution over 48-volt solutions lie both in the overall efficiency of the system—which operates at lower currents while delivering the same power output—and in the efficiency and size of the electric motor, which is significantly more compact.

Benefits of Electrification with Custom LFP Solutions

Aliant Battery’s LFP batteries enable manufacturers to develop fully electric or hybrid sweepers optimized for real-world usage patterns.

Custom design allows for optimal use of the available space in the vehicle and integrates the battery system with the vehicle’s electrical architecture. Thanks to its high energy efficiency and long lifespan, lithium iron phosphate chemistry reduces the total cost of ownership and improves the return on investment.
